EU Pallet Recycling provides pallet buying, selling, repair, recycling, and transport services across Europe. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to our operational capacity.
3. Quotes and Orders
- All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices may be subject to market conditions and availability
- Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance from both parties
- Minimum order quantities may apply
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual agreements
- Standard payment is due within 30 days of invoice
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- We reserve the right to require prepayment for new customers
5. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes upon delivery or collection.
6. Quality and Returns
- Pallets are graded according to our published standards
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Returns require prior authorization
- Custom orders are non-refundable
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of goods or services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by EU Pallet Recycling or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
