Can you repair EPAL pallets and maintain certification?
Yes! We are licensed EPAL repairers. Repairs on EUR/EPAL pallets are performed to EPAL specifications using approved materials. Pallets can be re-certified with new EPAL stamps where required. We provide full documentation for traceability and compliance.
Do repaired pallets have the same load capacity as new?
When properly repaired, pallets regain their full rated load capacity. Every repair is designed to restore specification performance. We test repaired pallets and provide warranty coverage. If a pallet cannot be repaired to full capacity, we will tell you and offer alternatives.
What warranty do you provide on repairs?
All standard repairs carry a 12-month warranty covering the repaired components. If a repair fails during normal use within the warranty period, we will re-repair or replace at no charge. Warranty requires normal handling and excludes damage from impacts or overloading.
Can you repair pallets that have been heat-treated?
Yes. We can repair heat-treated pallets and re-treat them to maintain ISPM 15 compliance. Repairs are performed first, then the complete pallet undergoes heat treatment to 56°C core temperature for 30+ minutes. New IPPC/ISPM 15 stamps are applied.
How do you handle mixed quality batches?
